Beam Global (the “Company”) has retained Alliance Advisors, a proxy solicitation firm, on July 8, 2021 to assist in the solicitation of proxies for its 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Alliance Advisors may solicit proxies on behalf of the Company’s Board of Directors.
