Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 30, 2019, Aquestive Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing successful completion of Phase 1 trial for AQST-108 (Sublingual Film Formulation Delivering Systemic Epinephrine).  A copy of such press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
