Data and other information regarding certain material operations of the Best Well Service Inc. and Bob Beeman Drilling Company, which were material acquisitions made by the Company subsequent to its year-end, as well as their financial statements required for the filing are not currently available and could not be made available without unreasonable effort and expense. Prior to these acquisitions, the Company had no operations.  The information does not affect the Company’s results of operations for the subject period of the report, but it is required for pro-forma footnote disclosure in the Company’s financial statement.
