Item 5.02	Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers

	Effective November 3, 2015, Stanley Hirschman retired as a Director of Optex Systems Holdings, Inc. In recognition of his service, all of his unvested stock options were deemed to vest immediately, and the termination date of all of his stock options was extended to December 31, 2019.
