On September 28, 2010, Andrew P. Shulklapper’s employment as the Registrant’s Senior Vice President, Merchandising terminated. The Registrant has commenced a search for Mr. Shulklapper’s replacement. In the interim, his duties will be performed by senior members of the Registrant’s merchandising and product allocation teams.
