I am pleased to inform you, in accordance with the relevant governing regulations, that the Company has completed the repurchase of US$ 3,238,035 principal amount of Discount Notes due 2014.

In addition, the Board of Directors has designated Mr. Maximiliano Alejandro Fernández as a member of the Audit Committee. Mr. Fernández replaces Dr. Alfredo Mac Laughlin as a member of that Committee.
