Related-Party Transactions	Note 13. Related-Party Transactions On February 18, 2011, we entered into an interest bearing promissory note with our current President. The promissory note had a principal amount of $250,000 with an annual compound interest rate of 0.51% and was collateralized. The note, including both principal and accrued interest, was due on or before February 18, 2014 and was classified as a short-term note receivable on our consolidated balance sheet as of January 31, 2013. On April 11, 2013, the promissory note was paid in full.
