Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
On June 19, 2013, Corporate Property Associates 17 — Global Incorporated (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of stockholders. To allow additional time for stockholders to vote, the annual meeting was adjourned until July 11, 2013. At the meeting, a vote was taken to elect directors for the Company through the solicitation of proxies.
