Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 4, 2013, Mr. Jingxi Lu and Mr. Lin Lin resigned from all positions they held with Tongji Healthcare Group, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) for personal reasons.  Messrs.
