Net Loss Per Share Available to Common Stockholders

Basic net loss per share of common stock is calculated by dividing the net loss available to common stockholders by the weighted-average number of shares of common stock outstanding for the period. The weighted-average number of shares of common stock excludes those shares subject to repurchase related to stock options or restricted stock that were exercised or issued, respectively, prior to vesting, as these shares are

not

deemed to be outstanding for accounting purposes until they vest. Diluted net loss per share of common stock is computed by dividing the net loss using the weighted-average number of shares of common stock, excluding common stock subject to repurchase, and, if dilutive, potential shares of common stock outstanding during the period. Basic and diluted net loss per share was the same for all periods presented, as the impact of all potentially dilutive outstanding securities was anti-dilutive.
