Departure of Principal Officer

 

On November 21, 2008, David Ross, Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer of Bank of Manhattan, N.A. (the “Bank”), the fully-owned subsidiary of Manhattan Bancorp (the “Company”), resigned to pursue other opportunities.
