On December 22, 2016, KKR Financial Holdings LLC declared a cash distribution of $0.460938 per share on its outstanding 7.375% Series A LLC Preferred Shares (the “Preferred Shares”). The distribution is payable on January 17, 2017 to holders of record of Preferred Shares as of the close of business on January 10, 2017.
