Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Effective July 12, 2024, Brianna Gerber, the Company’s former Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer, separated from the Company. Ms. Gerber has entered into a Letter Agreement and Consulting Agreement, under which she will be available to consult on financial and accounting matters for the Company until August 12, 2024. Effective July 13, 2024, the Board of Directors appointed James Lee, the Company’s current Controller, as the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer and Interim Principal Accounting Officer.
