Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

Green Dot Corporation ("Green Dot") today announced that it has entered into an agreement with AARP and AARP Foundation to provide AARP Foundation co-branded reloadable prepaid cards. The cards are expected to be sold and marketed at selected Green Dot retailer locations and online in the 4th quarter of 2011.
