Sequans Communications S.A. (the “Company”) hereby announces that at the ordinary general meeting of shareholders held on March 28, 2012, the Company’s shareholders approved all of the proposals brought before the meeting. Accordingly, MBV & Associates were elected as the second statutory auditor of the Company’s financial statements for a period of 6 years ending at the ordinary shareholders meeting called to approve the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2017, and the shareholders delegated authority to complete all legal formalities related to the shareholders meeting.

Ordinary shares and American Depositary Shares comprising an aggregate of 12,199,091 ordinary shares of the Company, representing 35.2% of the ordinary shares outstanding as of the record date, were voted at the meeting.
