(IRVINE, Calif.),  October 5, 2012 – Location Based Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:LBAS) a leading-edge provider of advanced location devices, announced today that it received a purchase order from AT&T to for $880,000 worth of PF-886 devices.
 
A copy of the purchase order is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
