Item 2.02                 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 12, 2016, COPsync, Inc. (the “Registrant”) announced that it will release its first quarter financial results for the period ended March 31, 2016, on May 16, 2016. The Registrant will also be hosting an investor conference call and live webcast at 4:30 p.m. EDT on the same day.
