At March 31, 2022 there were 29,974 shares of nonvested stock outstanding at an average weighted price of $16.47 per share that were not included in the computation of diluted earnings per share because to do so would have been anti-dilutive. At March 31, 2021 there were 27,710 shares of nonvested stock outstanding at an average weighted price of $16.14 per share that were not included in the computation of diluted earnings per share because to do so would have been anti-dilutive.
