On March 21, 2012, Fensterstock & Partners LLP, or Fensterstock, filed a complaint in the Supreme Court of the State of New York against CleanTech Innovations, Inc., or the company, and others, seeking $400,808.13 in unpaid legal fees in connection with Fensterstock’s representation of the company in its suit against the NASDAQ Stock Market, LLC and NASDAQ OMX Group.
