of Certain Officers.

On November 3, 2010, Michael La Lond resigned as chief financial
officer due to health concerns and the ongoing extensive capitalization
needs of the registrant.

Appointment of Officers

Effective on November 3, 2010, the board of directors appointed current
chief operating officer and director, J. Darin Long as interim chief
financial officer.
