The Form 10-Q for the period ended February 29, 2012 will not be submitted by the deadline due to a situation whereby additional time is required to complete the assembly of the necessary documentation and for our independent auditors to review the Form 10-Q, due to a shortage in available personnel.

Operating expenses for the six month period ended February 29, 2012 were $229,235 as compared to $8,211 for the six months ended February 29, 2011.  This increase was due to increased professional fees from $4,934 (2011) to $105,528 (2012) exploration costs of  $91,861 (2012) as compared to no exploration costs for 2011, impairment loss on mineral claims of $22,500 (2012) compared to no impairment loss for 2011 and an increase in general and administrative to $9,346 (2012) from $3,277 (2011).  Net losses increased from $8,211 (2011) to $238,255 ( 2012).
