The Digital Development Group Corp. (“we” or “us” or “our”) will not be able to timely file our Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2012 (the “10Q”) without unreasonable effort or expense. We will file our 10Q when our independent auditor has completed its review of the 10Q, and our Chief Executive Officer (who also serves as our principal financial officer) has completed the work necessary to make the certifications required by Sections 302 and 906 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. We believe that these matters will be completed within 5 calendar days of the prescribed due date for the filing.
