The Registrant has been working diligently on development of therapeutics for the treatment of COVID-19, in addition to its current primary business activity of development of therapeutics against Shingles. Therefore, the Registrant could not complete the required financial statements and accompanying notes for the filing of its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended June 30, 2020 without unreasonable effort and expense. The registrant undertakes the responsibility to file such report no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date
