Effective February 1, 2009, Mr. Reno Calabrigo has been appointed Chairman, President, Secretary and Treasurer of Secure Runway Systems Corp.

Effective February 1, 2009 Mr. Reno Calabrigo of 2283 Argentia Rd. Unit 10, Mississauga, Ontario L5N5Z2 was appointed sole director of Secure Runway Systems Corp. and filled the vacancy created by the simultaneous resignation of Mr. Hilary Vieira from such positions.
