Item 3.01 Notice of Delisting or Failure to Satisfy a Continued Listing Rule or Standard; Transfer of Listing.

 

As previously disclosed in a Current Report on Form 8-K as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 23, 2019, and on July 30, 2019, Bridgeline Digital, Inc. (the “Company”) received a notification letter from the Listing Qualifications Department (the “Staff”) of the Nasdaq Stock Market (the “Nasdaq”) notifying it that it was not in compliance with the minimum of $2.5 million in stockholders’ equity for continued listing on the Nasdaq Global Market as set forth in Listing Rule 5550(b)(1) (the “Rule”).

 

On August 19, 2019, the Company received written confirmation from the Staff of Nasdaq notifying the Company that it has regained compliance with the Rule as evidenced in the Company’s Form 10-Q for the period ended June 30, 2019, and considers this matter closed.
