Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 10, 2007, John Hoskins, TVA’s Interim Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Financial Services, gave a presentation to the Tennessee Valley Industrial Committee, a group of TVA’s industrial customers. In his presentation, Mr. Hoskins provided preliminary information on TVA’s financial and operational performance for the second quarter of fiscal year 2007, which ended March 31, 2007. A copy of the written materials used in Mr. Hoskins’s presentation is attached as an exhibit hereto, and has been posted at www.tva.com/finance.
