Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On December 9, 2008, Avago Technologies Finance Pte. Ltd. (the “Company”) distributed its financial results for its fourth quarter ended November 2, 2008. The Company also announced that it will host an investor conference call on December 9, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
