Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

Effective August 1, 2008, Ms. Mercedes Johnson resigned as the Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Avago Technologies Limited (“Avago”). As previously reported on the Form 6-K dated July 16, 2008, Mr. Douglas Bettinger is Avago’s new Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.
