Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On August 28, 2007, Avago Technologies (the “Company”) distributed its financial results for its third quarter ended July 31, 2007. The Company also announced that it will host an investor conference call on August 28, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
