Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On February 28, 2008, Avago Technologies (the “Company”) distributed its financial results for its first quarter ended February 3, 2008. The Company also announced that it will host an investor conference call on February 28, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
