Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events Hayfin Preferred Share Repurchase On October 27, 2023, the Company executed a Securities Purchase Agreement with certain entities managed by or affiliated with Hayfin Capital Management LLP (the “Hayfin Shareholders”) to repurchase 5,000 shares of the Company’s Series B Preferred Stock for $9.5 million (the “Repurchase”). As part of the Repurchase, the Hayfin Shareholders entered into customary lock-up provisions requiring them to retain the balance of their equity positions for a period of at least one year.
