Related Party Transactions	Related Party Transactions The Company has employed Thomas Koob as its Chief Scientific Officer (a non-executive officer) since 2006. Thomas Koob is the brother of a former director, Charles Koob. Subsequent to the Company’s employment of Thomas Koob, Charles Koob was appointed as a director of the Company in March 2008. Charles Koob's term as a Director expired at the 2020 Annual Meeting held on November 20, 2020. In 2019, the Company paid Thomas Koob a salary of $0.2 million and provided equity, incentive compensation and other compensation of $0.2 million. In 2020, the Company paid Thomas Koob an annual salary of $0.2 million and provided equity, incentive compensation and other compensation of $0.3 million. The Company employs Simon Ryan, the brother-in-law of the Company’s former General Counsel, Alexandra O. Haden as a sales representative. In 2019, the Company paid Mr. Ryan total compensation of $0.2 million, consisting of a salary of $0.1 million and sales commissions, equity and other compensation of $0.1 million. Ms. Haden resigned from her position as General Counsel and Secretary of the Company, effective August 12, 2019, to accept another position.
