Cash Equivalent and Short Term Investments	Cash Equivalents and Short Term Investments Included in Cash and cash equivalents as of December 31, 2014, were approximately $1,250,000 of FDIC insured certificates of deposit held with various U.S. financial institutions. Short term investments at December 31, 2015 and 2014 consist of approximately $3,000,000 and $5,750,000, respectively, of FDIC insured certificates of deposits held with various financial institutions. The cost of these instruments approximates their fair market value.
