BTHC X, Inc. (the “Company”) was unable, without unreasonable effort or expense, to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 by the May 16, 2016 filing date because the Company requires additional time to work with its outside professionals to finalize its financial statements. The Company expects to file its Form 10-Q within the additional time allowed by this report.
