BTHC X, Inc. (the “Company”) is unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q (“Form 10-Q”) for the quarter ending on March 31, 2013 on or before May 15, 2013 because the Company requires additional time to work with its outside professionals to finalize its financial statements.  The Company expects to file its Form 10-Q within the additional time allowed by this report.
