Immunosyn Corporation is seeking the extension due to its inability to complete the financial statements and related discussion and analysis for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2010 in a timely manner as a result of not having  the financial resources to engage appropriate personnel and outside services to assist in such efforts.
