On August 28, 2024, Super Micro Computer, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it expects to file a Notification of Late Filing on Form 12b-25 on August 30, 2024 with respect to its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
