On November 9, 2011, the Board of Directors of the Registrant approved a stock repurchase program pursuant to which up to 103,005 shares or approximately 5% of the Registrant’s outstanding shares would be repurchased in open market transactions.  Repurchases will be made from time to time depending on market conditions and there can be no guarantee that all shares will be repurchased.
