Item 7.01  Regulation FD Disclosure.

On December 11, 2008, management of Essex Rental Corp. held a presentation for certain stockholders, potential investors and their representatives regarding the business and historical and projected financial performance of its subsidiary, Essex Crane Rental Corp., at the Keybanc Capital Markets 2008 Engineering & Construction Conference.
