(1) Consists of future minimum payments under non-cancelable purchase commitments primarily related to data center and IT operations and sales and marketing activities. Not included in the table above are certain purchase commitments related to our future annual Knowledge user conferences and other customer or sales conferences. If we were to cancel these contractual commitments as of March 31, 2018, we would have been obligated to pay cancellation penalties of approximately $14.0 million in aggregate, of which $7.9 million is related to our Knowledge user conference in May 2019.
