Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On September 22, 2008, the Zulu Energy Corp. issued a press release to announce that during drilling operations an unexpected occurrence of natural gas was encountered. The text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
