Item 2.03 Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant.

 

On April 3, 2019, Monaker Group, Inc. (the “Company”, “we” and “us”), borrowed $125,000 from William Kerby, the Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of the Company. The amount borrowed was evidenced by a Promissory Note dated April 3, 2019. The amount borrowed pursuant to the note accrues interest at 12% per annum (18% upon the occurrence of an event of default) and is due and payable on April 30, 2019.
