Related Party Transactions Disclosure [Text Block]	Related PartiesIn August 2018, the Company invested $0.3 million in a limited liability entity in exchange for a 17.5% ownership interest. The investee is considered to be a related party, as the Company has the ability to exercise significant influence over the investee. In February 2020, the Company entered into a service agreement with the investee, under which the Company incurred $1.8 million and $1.6 million of expenses for consulting services provided by the investee related to pet acquisition during the six months ended June 30, 2022 and 2021, respectively, recorded as new pet acquisition expense on the Company's consolidated statement of operations.
