REFERENCE IS MADE TO THE WARRANT AGREEMENT REFERRED TO ON THE FACE HEREOF, AND THE PROVISIONS OF SUCH WARRANT AGREEMENT SHALL FOR ALL PURPOSES HAVE THE SAME EFFECT AS THOUGH FULLY SET FORTH ON THE FACE OF THIS CERTIFICATE.
