Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 10, 2007, Kristian Segerstrale, a "named executive officer" for 2006, resigned from his position as Managing Director, EMEA of Glu Mobile Inc. ("Glu"). Segerstrale has agreed to remain as an employee of Glu through August 6, 2007. Glu and Segerstrale will not enter into a severance or separation agreement.
