The Company has a frozen defined benefit pension plan (the "Plan") for which it had a recorded unfunded pension obligation of $61.7 million and $74.9 million as of September 30, 2015 and December 31, 2014, respectively, included in "Other liabilities" in the Condensed Consolidated Balance Sheets.
