On June 13, 2008, Aircastle Limited issued a press release announcing that Ron Wainshal, Chief Executive Officer, will make a presentation at the Credit Suisse Capital Goods Finance Symposium on Wednesday, June 18 at 2:00 P.M. Eastern time in New York City, as described in the press release attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Aircastle to Present at Credit Suisse Capital Goods Finance Symposium on June 18

Stamford, CT.  June 13, 2008 – Aircastle Limited (NYSE: AYR) today announced that Ron Wainshal, Chief Executive Officer, will make a presentation at the Credit Suisse Capital Goods Finance Symposium on Wednesday, June 18 at 2:00 P.M. Eastern time at Credit Suisse’s New York headquarters in New York City. The presentation slides will be available through the Investors section of the Aircastle website.
