Borrowing Base Redetermination

 

On May 19, Sanchez Production Partners LP received notification that its lenders have completed a semi-annual review of the RBL Component of the company’s borrowing base pursuant to the terms of its credit facility.  Based on this review, the borrowing base has been maintained at $200 million.
