Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On February 5, 2016, ICF International, Inc. (the “Company”) announced it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2015 earnings results after the market closes on March 7, 2016. The Company will conduct a conference call at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on March 7, 2016, to discuss the results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2015. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
