On January 4, 2013, the Company announced it will release its fourth quarter and full year 2012 earnings results after the market closes on February 27, 2013. The Company will conduct a conference call at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time on February 27, 2013, to discuss the results for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2012. Instructions on how to participate in the conference call are contained in the press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

FAIRFAX, Va. (January 4, 2013) – ICF International (NASDAQ:ICFI) will release its fourth quarter and full year 2012 results after the market closes on February 27, 2013. The results will be available at http://investor.icfi.com. ICF management will host a conference call at 5 p.m. Eastern Time on February 27, 2013, to discuss the financial results.
